SRS Mesotherapy - Glutathione

Glutathione is a tripeptide consisting of L-cysteine, L-glutamic acid and glycine. It is the most important antioxidant of the body, as it is present in every cell. Antioxidants are very important for health because they scavenge and neutralize free radicals in cells that could otherwise cause irreversible damage

Since glutathione is found in each of our cells, it is the number one antioxidant. When a cell is damaged by aggressive free radicals, it immediately begins repairing the affected components. The highest concentration of glutathione is found in the liver, where it is responsible for the rapid breakdown of potentially harmful substances.

Glutathione levels decrease with age, making cells more susceptible to harmful environmental agents, such as free radicals, which accelerate cellular aging. The use of glutathione can effectively prevent the aging process.

Glutathione is also used specifically in treatments against age spots.
