Teoxane babyGLOW™: Was steckt hinter der neuen 8-Punkte-Technik?

Teoxane babyGLOW™: What’s behind the new 8-point technique?

Glow, hydration and visibly improved skin quality—without altering the face’s natural contours:

this is precisely where Teoxane’s babyGLOW™ comes in. Introduced in 2026 as a signature approach to modern Skin Quality, the new treatment concept combines the proven skin booster TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 with a standardised 8-point injection technique.

But what is actually new about babyGLOW™? How does the treatment work, and what role does Redensity 1 play? We took a closer look at Teoxane’s new concept.

What is Teoxane babyGLOW™?

First, an important distinction: Teoxane babyGLOW™ is neither a new skin booster nor a new dermal filler.

The innovation lies in the treatment technique. For babyGLOW™, TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 is injected at eight defined points on the face according to a standardised protocol developed by Teoxane.

The injection points were selected on the basis of facial anatomy and tissue dynamics. They are intended to support fast, highly uniform product distribution while taking sensitive danger zones into account.

The aim is not conventional volume enhancement. Instead, the focus is on improving skin quality and thereby achieving a fresher, more hydrated and radiant appearance.

Or, as Teoxane itself describes the concept:

Contouring with Light: glow instead of volume

The term ‘contouring’ initially suggests the shaping of specific areas of the face. With babyGLOW™, however, Teoxane takes a different approach.

The eight injection points were selected not only to enable even distribution of the skin booster, but also to positively influence light reflection at the skin’s surface.

Hydrated, more even-looking skin reflects light differently. As a result, the midface in particular may appear fresher and brighter, while shadows are visually softened.

TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 as the basis of babyGLOW™

TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 is used for the babyGLOW™ treatment.

The skin booster contains 15 mg/ml of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid and a so-called Dermostructuring Complex that includes amino acids, antioxidants, zinc and copper.

Redensity 1 was developed to improve skin quality and hydration and to revitalise the skin. The non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is characterised by its high fluidity, allowing it to distribute evenly throughout the tissue.

The babyGLOW™ concept combines this very property with the new 8-point technique.

The skin booster itself is therefore not new; what is new is the standardised way in which Teoxane uses it for babyGLOW™.

The babyGLOW™ 8-point technique

Unlike a conventional, full-area skin booster treatment, babyGLOW™ uses eight specifically defined subdermal injection points on the face.

There are several reasons for this: the anatomically determined points are intended to enable homogeneous product diffusion, standardise the treatment and take sensitive areas of the face into consideration.

At the same time, the technique is designed for efficiency. Teoxane states that a babyGLOW™ treatment takes only around five to ten minutes.

This provides practices with a clearly structured Skin Quality protocol that can be easily integrated into existing treatment concepts.

Which results does babyGLOW™ focus on?

Rather than aiming for pronounced changes to individual facial areas, babyGLOW™ is intended to make the skin appear fresher and more vital overall.

Key treatment goals include improved hydration, greater radiance and glow, and improved skin elasticity and quality. For skin with more advanced signs of ageing, fine lines and reduced firmness also come into focus.

According to user and patient reports provided by Teoxane, a visible glow may be perceived immediately after treatment. The manufacturer also describes downtime as minimal.

babyGLOW™ thus reflects a trend that is becoming increasingly important in aesthetic medicine: patients want visible results while looking as natural as possible and being able to return to their daily routine quickly.

Beautification or rejuvenation: two babyGLOW™ protocols

The Beautification protocol is aimed particularly at younger skin or skin with mild signs of photoageing. Its primary focus is glow, hydration and radiance. Teoxane recommends two treatment sessions four weeks apart.

The Rejuvenation protocol was developed for skin with more pronounced signs of ageing. In addition to hydration and glow, it focuses especially on elasticity, wrinkles and lines. This protocol involves several coordinated treatment sessions.

The suitable protocol should not be determined by age alone. Skin condition, individual needs and the treatment objective also play a central role.

More than Redensity 1: the complete babyGLOW™ concept

babyGLOW™ does not focus solely on the injectable product. Teoxane views the concept as a combination of Redensity 1, the defined 8-point technique and coordinated post-procedure care.

Immediately after the aesthetic treatment, Teoxane Post Procedure is applied. Developed specifically for use after aesthetic procedures, this skincare product is intended to soothe stressed skin and support aftercare.

babyGLOW™ therefore combines the skin booster treatment itself with a standardised treatment process—from the defined injection technique through to immediate care of the skin afterwards.

Frequently asked questions about Teoxane babyGLOW™

No. babyGLOW™ refers to the treatment concept developed by Teoxane and the standardised 8-point injection technique. TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 is used as the skin booster.

For the babyGLOW™ treatment, Teoxane uses TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 with 15 mg/ml non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and Dermostructuring Complex.

The treatment concept uses eight anatomically defined subdermal injection points. These were selected to support homogeneous product distribution and optimise light reflection on the skin surface.

Teoxane states a treatment duration of around five to ten minutes. The actual duration may vary depending on the treatment process and the patient.

Teoxane differentiates between a Beautification protocol and a Rejuvenation protocol. The Beautification protocol includes two treatment sessions. The Rejuvenation protocol comprises several coordinated sessions and is intended for skin with more advanced signs of ageing.

Teoxane states that the babyGLOW™ treatment concept lasts for around three to six months. The actual duration may vary depending on skin condition, treatment plan and individual factors.

Note: TEOSYAL® PureSense Redensity 1 is a medical device. Application and selection of the appropriate injection technique must be performed exclusively by appropriately qualified medical professionals. The relevant manufacturer information and instructions for use must be observed.
