Préime® Contouring Solution allows for the targeted reduction of stubborn fat deposits. Through the principle of lipolysis, the product can break down the cell membranes of fat cells and promote the removal of stored fat. Préime® Contouring Solution is suitable for fat pads up to medium size and is typically applied to problem areas such as the lower back, abdomen, and upper arms. It can also be used on the back, thighs, for cellulite, and under the chin. The active ingredients phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate emulsify the stored fat, allowing it to be metabolized by the body. After treatment, the affected area remains largely unaffected by weight gain.

Préime® Contouring Solution - Lipolysis
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) is a liquid form of lecithin. As a phospholipid, it is derived from soybeans. PPC emulsifies fat cells, enabling their absorption and removal = lipolysis. In aesthetic medicine, phosphatidylcholine is specifically used in combination with deoxycholate to target local fat deposits. Deoxycholate is used here as a biological detergent to dissolve fat cells and cellular membrane components. These are then broken down in the liver through beta-oxidation.
