C1NGAL® is the first combination of hyaluronic acid and cortisone for immediate and long-lasting pain relief in osteoarthritis. 
C1NGAL® is a highly effective formulation for the treatment of osteoarthritis. It combines the fast-acting anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of cortisone tramcinolone hexacetonide with the long-term effects of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which has the highest active ingredient content, to provide proven, fast and long-term pain relief.
C1NGAL® provides faster pain relief than hyaluronic acid without cortisone. C1NGAL® even works faster than cross-linked hyaluronic acid alone: the C1NGAL® study showed significant pain relief at weeks 1 and 3, as well as long-term pain relief. The progression of pain relief suggests that C1NGAL® may have an even longer effect (well beyond 26 weeks).
