Durolane is a unique and powerful single injection joint therapy treatment. The product is made from hyaluronic acid, which provides long-lasting pain relief for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Durolane is a transparent gel that contains hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring molecule that provides lubrication and cushioning in a normal and healthy joint, among other benefits. The concentration of stabilized hyaluronic acid makes Durolane the ideal product for the treatment of joint disease, as the product has the ability to resist degradation, with the property of prolonging the retention time in the joints, with a duration of up to 6 months of pain relief and protection. Treatments with Durolane should be performed by a physician, with a treatment time of about 10-15 minutes. The treatment is injected into the affected knee joint.
