Active Ingredients
- SYN®-AKE is a small synthetic peptide that helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and laugh lines quickly. It is based on a patented mechanism. It mimics the essential amino acid sequence of Waglerin-1 functionality. The safety and activity of SYN®-AKE have been thoroughly tested. Its effect focuses on an immediate and lasting relaxation of expression lines by blocking neuronal transmission at the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. The peptide is an antagonist of the muscular nicotinic acetylcholine membrane receptor. Since the muscular nicotinic ACh receptors are blocked, the ion channel remains closed. There is no uptake of Na+ and the muscle cells remain relaxed. The transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles is inhibited, and the facial muscles are relaxed. The SYN AKE molecule, consisting of only 3 amino acids, can be transported by cosmetics due to its size and simplicity and is capable of inhibiting facial expressions and thus preventing the formation of expression lines.
- Vitamin E and C: Thanks to their free radical scavenging activity, they protect the skin from external factors (pollution, UV-A UV-B) that are dangerous for the skin and can cause premature skin aging.
- Vitamin A: Retinol keeps the skin intact and repairs damaged cells. Vitamin A is indeed very useful in treating cracked, reddened, and irritated skin. It also has a sebum-regulating effect that balances the skin's sebum production.
