Mesoestetic Acnelan Pack®
Acne vulgaris is caused by an androgen excess that promotes keratinization, follicular scaling, and increased sebum production. As a result, the pores become clogged, and the opportunistic action of the bacteria present in the skin flora leads to inflammation that leaves typical acne scars such as comedones, papules, pustules, and hyperpigmentation.
For effective, fast, and convenient control of moderate acne and seborrheic dermatitis, Mesoestetic Acnelan® offers a complete product line that combines intensive professional methods and homecare treatments with an approach to the various triggering factors of the condition.
Acnelan® acts transversally and simultaneously on the various factors contributing to acne-prone skin. The cornerstone of this formulation is the m.acne complex™, which has been specifically selected from active ingredients with complementary properties. Salicylic acid, mandelic acid, and sodium repaglinide, together with the unique Bexaretinyl complex, act in a unique synergy to ensure the cleansing and complete regeneration of acne-prone and seborrheic skin.
On an in vitro level, the properties of the active ingredients of the m.acne complex™ were evaluated in terms of reducing the redness and swelling of lesions and a pigmentation effect, measured as a reduction in melanin synthesis capacity.
